| The Model Q6000 Type A Rebuild Kit is intended as a basic refresher kit for the back end of the machine. It contains replacement parts for all of the sleeve bearings and thrust washers for the back end of the machine, including the hydraulic cylinder pin sleeve. In PROMEC’s experience, the Type A Rebuild Kit is appropriate for general preventive maintenance efforts and should be considered for the Model Q6000 after approximately three years of average use. | ||

| The Model Q6000 Type B Rebuild Kit is intended as a complete refresher kit for the back end of the machine. It contains all of the parts included in the Type A Kit, replacement parts for all of the shafts and toggles on the back end of the machine and the hydraulic cylinder clevis. In PROMEC’s experience, the Type B Rebuild Kit is appropriately applied when performance issues related to general wear and tear have arisen and should be considered for the Model Q6000 after approximately five years of average use. | ||

| The Model Q6000 Type D Rebuild Kit is as a complete rebuild kit for the front end pivot of the machine. Before utlizing the Type D Rebuild kit, PROMEC recommends first applying the Type B Rebuild Kit as it will generally solve most performance issues related to normal wear and tear. In PROMEC’s experience, the Type D Rebuild Kit should be considered for machines that have experienced considerable wear and tear and/or are showing significant performance issues. | ||

| The Model Q6000 Type E is a complete rebuild kit for the front end die holding parts, including the upper and lower die plates with the tapped and fixed jaws and all of the necessary hardware. In PROMEC’s experience, the Type E Rebuild Kit is appropriate when a machine is experiencing performance issues affecting the quality of the after-swage dimension. Generally, a visual inspection for wear of the die holding components will suggest if this kit is required. | ||
